Terms of sale
All
bookings must be confirmed with a bank card number
and its expiry date, an Incoterms guarantee or a
deposit cheque.
- 1
night’s deposit per room is required for
any stay of more than one night
- For
any long stays, a first payment will be
required at the end of the first week.
The
deposit may be paid in one of three ways :
- by
cheque (on a French bank only)
- through
distance selling methods with your authorisation
to debit your card
- by
credit transfer
As
soon as the deposit has been received an acknowledgement
of receipt will be sent with the booking confirmation.
Arrival
/ Departure :
Rooms
are available from early afternoon. Please clear
your room before midday. Any room occupied after
this time will be billed.
Any
dispute or complaint relating to the present booking
and cancellation conditions will be dealt with by
the appropriate French courts.
